i'm anal about certain things. for example, all my bills ($1, $5, $10, $20's) have to be facing the same way in my wallet, or else it bothers me!!

Oh and it drives me nuts when I get a sandwich that's falling apart!

I'm a germaphobe too!!! I never touch the handrail on electric steps. I also always try to open doors from the places most people wouldn't.

Oh my...I thought I was the only one who did this.....ALL my bills have to face the same way!
I also, need to have everything in it's place....otherwise it drives me NUTS 
ETA: I am also a germaphone...I use a paper to open bathroom doors or close the bathroom sink. I wash my hands as soon as I get to work/home from the subway.

i do that too!  i stared at the bathroom door handle trying to figure out which place was least dirty. 
other than that, i can be a little paranoid.

Ooh, I agree with many of the things here:
I hate touching doorknobs. I prefer to use a paper towel.
Germs freak me out. I am a teacher, I have hand wipes ALL the time because I am paranoid.
I hate touching the poles in the subway.
I don't even like shaking hands in church--I feel like my hand is very dirty afterwards.
Despite all of this, I am very messy. Not dirty, but messy. Disorganized. A pack rat.
I am chronically late to everything!
