I'm worried that we're not going to be able to
find anyone to sublet our apartment. We close
next month and wont be able to afford rent and a mortgage.

When is DH ever going to get his B.A.?
We are both five years out of undergrad and he still does not have a diploma b/c of a stupid gym requirement. Obviously he doesn't think getting a degree is that important
This is really stressing me out b/c he can't change jobs (read: make more $$$) until he has a college degree!!!

Having a healthy baby and a safe delivery. That is, bar none, my biggest concern.
Two others:
That we can close on our house soon and keep our good mortgage rate (they have gone up!)
That we sell our co-op soon

Right now,my biggest worry is how to get out this deal we are in with my in laws house. We want out & there is no easy way out of this since we now have a loan in our names that payed off a loan of theirs last year. In return , we did an in family transfer of the house & we were going to renovate it at our expense into a Mother Daughter.
I did not expect this end after a year
We just want our own space & privacy. It was not a smart move for us

My back...I have a slipped disk and can't sit upright for more than 5 minutes. And I can't stand up completely straight.
...AND I'm moving in a month...supposed to be packing, yet can't move.
