I make a crumb cake one but its so simple and easy. Nothing fancy. If you're not looking for fancy or elaborate, I'll FM you the recipe.

im not a good baker so i buy a small red velvet cake from my local bakery or red velvet cupcakes
they are always a hit

I have a few
1. Crumb cake (if you do a search you'll find it).
2. Seven Layer Magic bars (same as above)
3. Mini chocolate chip cookie muffins w/mini resese (sp?) peanut butter cups in the middle (BIG HIT)
