So whats your best/favorite brisket recipe?
I do a mean brisket, but I am looking for something different for my Passover Dinner on Monday night.
Anyone have any suggestions? The Brisket is bought...the slow cooker is ready to be fired up..

I make a recipe that really has no measurements 
Use a cooking bag...Slice an onion or two and lay it on the bottom of the bag. Add some cut up potatoes and carrots. Rub some garlic in to the brisket and put in bag. Mix a packet of Lipton's onion soup with ketchup. Maybe 3/4 cup? I do it by taste and consistency... Pour over brisket. Add a small bowl of water to bag.
Cook according to directions on cooking bag box
I know, very informitive!! 
But, DH always says it's the best brisket he has ever had!
