What is wrong with my DH family
Every time there is a gathering this happens. We ask if anyone is sick and they say no. Then this!!!
So I had my nephew's naming yesterday. When we got there my niece had a high fever, was sick and my MIL wasn't feeling well. She was holding my DD for a while and giving her kisses ( we didn't know she wasn't feeling well until we were about to leave). We just got a call and she FINALLY went to the DR, she might have mono. What is wrong with them?  How hard is it to call us and warn us? If my DD gets sick I'm going to freak out on them. This is the third time since she was born they did this to us. She got sick twice out of those three times.
I'm fuming!!!

Sorry you have to deal with such inconsiderate people.... I have one for ya... my MIL came to the hospital when DD was born WITH THE FLU!!!!!! AND WHEN INTO THE NEONATAL UNIT!! People just dont use their heads...

That sounds like my dad's sister and her family. My mom said growing up no matter when we went to their house for a family party or they came to ours, 1 of my 4 cousines was always sick with a cold or something. Why would you want to get other people, especially babies sick? People are so stupid sometimes.
