I would not do it until 9. Many people like to sleep in on the weekends. My parents neighbors mow the lawn at like 7 am and it drives them crazy since it is the only day of the week they can sleep in.

I wish I was kidding when I posted this! Not only does he mow his lawn every three days, but he weeds DAILY ... spraying his driveway with some weed killer also if he even sees a weed popping through the interlocking stones. I've also seen him washing out his garbage pails. Some neighbors have WAYYYYYYY too much time on their hands. LOL
