What is CD1
Obviously most of you know about my 4 days of endless spotting. Today my temp dropped dramatically under the coverline from 98.5 to 97.8. Should I count this as CD1 or would I count the days I wore a pantyliner as "light" days? Not sure what to do. My mom is telling me to count the day it drops as my period starting.

I don't temp, but I always count CD1 as the first day of full flow- where I need to where a tampon.

My Dr said to count CD1 as the first day of full bleeding - it AF comes in the afternoon or evening, count the following day as CD1.
