Re: what is ALWAYS in your fridge?
Normally it's just: diet pepsi condiments water cheese butter
I am making a conscious effort to cook more and right now I also have some deli and salad items plus left overs.

Re: what is ALWAYS in your fridge?
mines pretty bare
we usually have milk for coffee, some yogurts, eggs, cold cuts and some fruit - and my brita pitcher...
I see some peoples fridge and wonder how they could need all that stuff
then again, DH and I both work retail so the hours are sporradic and it's just us 2 so it's not like we're cooking for a family every night

Re: what is ALWAYS in your fridge?
Tea Milk Butter Juice boxes - AJ Brita Water filter Condiments (including soy, oyster sauce, etc for cooking) Syrup Usually Eggs but they are probably bad, I never use them as much ETA: AJ yogurt haha
That's always in there
I supplement with veggies and fruits for dinner.
Our freezer is packed with steaks, chicken, fish, broccoli and ice cream
Don't get me started on the bare pantry.
ETA: I think for us its because we only buy what we can eat. We freeze meats but other stuff is better fresh. So there's no need to stock up on Bell peppers, carrots and onions. We do keep Garlic handy though. We don't eat prepacked stuff so its not in there. No lunch meats or stuff in cans or packages. So its empty. I used to keep lunch cold cuts, pizza in the freezer, sodas and snacks but I cut all that out. *shrug*

Re: what is ALWAYS in your fridge?
Always - milk, oj, butter, water, apples, baking soda, Chobani yogurt, strawberry jelly, condiments (mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, relish, etc..), eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers - and a rotating cast of proteins, veggies and herbs.

Re: what is ALWAYS in your fridge?
at any given time there is always:
bottled water diet soda beer (there are always left over bottles that sit in the back for months ) eggs condiments pickles soy milk half-n-half butter bread cheese (string, sliced, shredded) garlic & onions - i always have to be able to whip up a quick sauce
when we go shopping i end up with yogurts, fruits, veggies, meat but that's about it...even after grocery shopping i feel like the fridge is still kind of empty..
