Can I ask why movies has been out for many people? I just ask as we went out to a movie 6 weeks after our first child.
In the beginning it would have been very difficult for me to have gone to the movies because I was breastfeeding and could not be away for that long in the very beginning. I think another factor is childcare. we are very lucky to have a ton of family local, but a lot of people don't.

That's what we do EXCEPT the movies, lol. We have a going away party tomorrow night at a KoC that we are going to, and we are bringing DS!

DD is 2.5
I haven't:
-run
-slept past 7 am (and 7 am is rare)
-slept a full night consistently through (I wake up at least once a night)
-been on a vacation
I am sure there are more!

What haven't you done since having kids?
The only thing I haven't done is snowboard but right now I don't even miss it. We will take ds next year.

Oh and I haven't laid in bed all day watching a marathon of TV shows or movies. I would like a day like that, especially with this weather.

Just a glimmer of hope reading everyone's responses. You DO get to do these things eventually. I have a tween and teen and am able to do all these things.

We haven't gone to the movie theater, spontaneous weekend getaways or music festivals, which we use to do all the time.

For us whenever we go out alone we'd rather go to a nice dinner on a date. I enjoy every meal I get that I don't have to cut up someone else's food!!!

We may not do certain things nearly as much as we used to but there isn't anything I can think of we haven't done at all since having DS other than flying. We have gone on vacation but it was either a cruise or we drove. We may take a plane trip sometime this year but honestly I hate flying so I don't mind that we haven't gone on a plane in a while.

this completely. i was never a big movie theater person to begin with and i didn't want to "waste" my kid free night in a theater. we finally went to see gone girl when dd was about 18 months old

I guess sleeping in is a big one. Never went to the movies much anyway. Ditto the running but I finally started working out again.

Nap!!!!! We used to take naps together all the time, or lay around & be lazy in bed... weekends, evenings, whenever... aaahhh I miss that so much!!
Travel!!! We haven't gone anywhere with him, he's only been to NJ & upstate or LI for day trips, but we haven't gone anywhere on vacation... I don't even have a desire to travel with him though because he's so difficult & particular about things that it wouldn't be any fun. But I wouldn't want to leave him home either. So we're not going anywhere any time soon, bummer.
Eaten at a real restaurant where you're seated & served by a waiter or waitress... we have to go to places only where we can make a quit exit when ds starts getting difficult.
Gone to the gym... our memberships expired & there's no point in renewing it when we have no time to go anymore. I did run last summer but not as much as I used to. We also used to do races all the time & I've only done one since ds was born.
Gone to a movie (not ds's fault though... he was born in 2013 & we hadn't gone to a movie since like 2008 or 2009... but now I feel like we couldn't even if we wanted to)
Done a good job of cleaning the house... it has been a mess since he was born. I don't have the energy or focus to do it. Also most of my bills have been paid late since he was born, I can never seem to make it to the bank. I can't get my act together.

Run... I used to run at least 6 days a week, and ran a half marathon and everything... then that went out the door when I had DS.. 
This!!! I ran a half marathon at 10 weeks preggo with my DS!! I had a brief comeback when he was about 8-10 months old but I haven't so much as walked on my treadmill in months now

my oldest is 4 and until last year i hadnt been to a movie since he was born... thats really the only thing other than the obvious one of SLEEPING IN! i miss that the most

Gone skiing. That's really the only thing I can think of. We hope to take DD next year but will have to leave the little one at home with family.

Haven't gone to the gym or a movie but I never did those anyway. We've gone on vacation, out to eat, etc, albeit not very frequently.
We sleep in all the time. Today I woke up at 10. With another kid on the way though that will be short lived

Allow me to clarify...by day drinking I mean going to like a beach bar (or ski lodge), plopping my ass in an Adirondack chair and tying one on all day with DH and friends without a care in the world. Then going to nap so I can resume said activities late night. Oh how I miss those days

We been to the movies but kid movies! Haha!
I've brought things back in. When ds was first born, I didn't blow out my hair. I didn't do my nails. I didn't run. Slowly you find time to bring those things back.
But sleeping past 7 is still elusive!
