Sometimes that's the end. But I will tell you on my current house, they supposedly had 4 better offers and didnt counter us and a MONTH later they came back to us with a counter and we got the house.

we once didnt accept a counter and didnt counter back, we were done. If they wanted to resubmit an offer, I wouldve been open to it, but we were done.
