WHat does this mean? Am I getting close??
SO I took my OPK today and usually my test line is very faint as compared to the control line. Well todays line was alot darker, not as dark as the control line but very much more clearer then usual. I took a digital after (with the same sample still in the cup from before) and no smiley.  But does this mean Im getting close?? Like maybe tomorrow it will be a smiley??

I don't mean to be contrary, but just because the line is darker today does not mean you are getting closer  Sorry! Remember that we always have some LH in our systems and sometimes we have a bit more than others. So just because yesterday you got a lighter line and today it's darker, it doesn't mean that you will necessarily get a + by tomorrow... you COULD though!!!! But that's not how it goes (light, darker, darkest). Tomorrow the line could be very light again or not even there, but then the next day you could get your positive.
The important thing to notice on an OPK is NOT how light or dark it is if it's not as dark as the control line. It's negative so it doesn't matter "HOW" negative it is. All you care about is getting the test line to be AS dark or DARKER than the control line and that can come out of no where!
I just don't want you or anyone else to get their hopes up or be disapointed if the line is lighter after having it sorta dark one day. Regardless, I hope you DO get your + OPK SOON!!!

It doesn't? lol...

It definitely can happen that way, but it doesn't necessarily have to happen that way. I think there might be some info about that on www.peeonastick.com under the OPK sections.

Dammmmnnnnn! Thanks for clearing that up. I kinda hope it doesnt apply to me this month though! lol
