when you do an ovulation prediction kit....you have to hold your urine (they suggest) - for 4 hours in order to get a better 'reading'.
The hormone that you test for with Ovulation builds up in your body throughout the day - so it's best to test later - between noon & 8 PM - with a 4 hour hold.
