Sponge and hot soapy water, then paper towels to dry.

This is what I do too & also use some lemon juice if the fridge has a smell.
Does anyone use any green or non-chemical type of products?

Same here ,and when I am done ,I line the shelves with paper towels ,so if anything spills I just take that paper towel out ,and put a new one in .
