what do you think about this? UPDATE!!
i really don't get true positive OPK's. Either lines or smileys. I always get EWCM, and I temp so I have a thermal shift... or so it appears. Should I be worried that I don't get a +OPK?

Temping is the most accurate from what I've read so I wouldn't be concerned that you aren't ovulating if you have a distinct temp. shift. I really have no idea what could prevent you from getting a positive on the opk's. Do you test the same time each day? Some women find it helpful to test twice a day so they cover all their bases.

if you are getting ewcm and temping to confirm O, I don't think it matters if you get a +opk. I have heard some people just don't ever get positives on them.

yes, i tested 3x yesterday actually. argh!

i agree with the other girls... have you gone to the Dr at all... maybe they can do blood work to confirm Ovulation... if youre really worried about it

OPK, Smiley, EWCM, temping...any of it. I mean I can look up what the acronyms are but the use of them baffles me. Sorry!!

I say forget the OPK's and listen to your body! When DH and I were TTC the first time, it took us about 6 months to get pregnant. In that entire 6 months never ONCE did I get a +OPK. But I obviously ovulated, because I had a period every month and eventually got PG.

omg...im in the same boat. I have only gotten a positive OPK twice in like 10 months. However, I had bloodwork done and I had a chemical pregnancy last month so I am obviosuly ovulating. They drive me NUTS!!! I dont even know why i still try to take them, i think it just makes me stressed. My doc also said they just dont work right for some people.
