What do you think about the name
Ryan for a girl? My Dh loves it and wants to use the name.
I like it a lot too but I'm a little hesitant with the confusion the name may cause in the future.

ETA - I have a boys name...Christian. I don't mind at all. Gillette, sent me a razor for my 18 b-day  I think names have become less gender specific over time.

My best friends niece is named Ryan. But it's because her mother's maiden is Ryan...so that was her way of keeping the name in the family.

I love Ryan for a girls name. My friend named her girl "Ryen" with an E instead of the A.

My name is also Christian and I get a lot of mail for MR. Christian.
Besides not being able to find the magnet with your name on the 'girl' side its not a big deal! If you like it go for it!! I think Ryan is great!

I do like it for a boy though but it didn't go with our last name.

I love the name Ryan (that's our boys name) and we were thinking about using it as our girls name too. But decided against it because of the future confusion.

The sister of a high school friend was also Ryann with two Ns. THink that might help with the confusion.
I love it though - I've always loved boys names for girls - Ronnie, Alex, Frankie, Devon 
Plus, Yasmine Bleeth's character on Ryan's Hope was called Ryan
