What do you think?
went to Victoria's Secret to get some new bras... saw a mom with her daughter, and her daughter was in the dressing room trying on a VERY VERY short terry clothe shorts that says PIMP on the butt....
would you buy this for your daughter to wear?!

NO WAY IN HELL i would let her wear them as shorts
BUT a lot of girls will also wear them with their bathing suits...

I don't think I would buy those for my daughter regardless of how old she was. Allowing her to buy them with her own money, I would say 18 is legal.....
