What do you take for a cold while PG?

What do you take for a cold while PG?
I have been miserable for days, and can't sleep. I know one type of sudafed is OK, but it makes me jittery. I tried saline nose spray, but it's done nothing.
Any tips?

 ugh, it sucks! I just got over a week long cold. I didn't take anything for it except using the humidifier at night for the sore throat. Rest, fluids and feel better!

I just got over a cold, too. I took regular Robitussin & it helped. Other than that, I got plenty of rest, drank lots of tea/fluids, throat drops....

I never take anything when I get a cold. I just drink hot fluids/rinse with warm salt water if sore throat and just rest as much as possible.

This. I drank Orange Juice with calcium/Tea, etc. My Dr. said I could use Mucinex and saline spray if I had to but I let it run its course and spent a day and a half in bed!
