What do you guys miss most since having DC?
I know sleep is going to be a big answer but the one huge thing i miss is not nighttime sleep, but naps.
Im a nap girl. On the weekend I dont get to nap anymore. DD never really takes a nap to allow me to nap.
I also miss eating dinner without interruptions and I hate the fact that I can't eat slowly - I literally shove the food in my face.

Quality time with DW. Before DC, we would usually watch TV on the couch together, spend lots of time just chatting about stuff, etc. Now, whenever we get a minute to ourselves after DC go to sleep, we wind up discussing DC. We're usually exhausted, so it's not quality time together. I never resent having DC, but I do miss the "we" time I used to spend with DW...

Oh yes...NAPS! Me too!
I miss my job too...
But the biggest thing I miss is not having to worry about securing babysitting for every doctor's appt, pedicure, wedding, clothes shopping, night out, etc. etc.

I can still nap, because I'm lucky in a sense that both my kids nap at the same time each day...
What I miss is the ability to just pick up and run out to do an errand, like go to CVS to pick up a card, or run to the post office to mail something. The little things that I need to take 2 kids with me to do.

sleep, alone time with DH, exercising, a relaxing meal/shower/bathroomtime without worrying that DC will cry.

Just the other day I was thinking to myself...how old does your oldest have to be before you can leave them in the house alone for 15 minutes to run to the store? Age 10? Oh good...only 8 YEARS to go!!

sleep is def. #1 for me. I would lounge around all day long and watch Real World Marathons back in the day.
The ability to just run to the store really quick. Nothing is really quick anymore.

Being able to do stuff for myself whenever I wanted.
Just scheduling a haircut has become a big deal. I miss that sense of freedom!

I miss just picking up and going the most(errands, gym, etc).....the sleep I miss, but since I don't really remember what it feels like to get a good nights sleep anymore, I don't miss it as much

I miss sleep.
I miss (Gasp...) my job
I miss being able to run a 10 minute errand w/out dragging DC.
I miss all of this, however, would NOT ever change it for the world.

going out with DH. Lately, I only go out with my friends and he only goes out with his since the other is home with Josh.
Living clutter free. I feel like I have to do the stingray shuffle around the apt.

Naps also. Most of the time DC sleeps through the night, so I'm okay there, but I would love a nap now and then.
Also, time alone with DH.

I miss my Energy.
Today is my birthday. My husband offered to take me out to a restaurant to eat and have margaritas.
I am so tired I can't even begin to consider it.
I am sad.

And, since I still have a newborn - I miss being pregnant and looking forward to baby.

I'd say sleep, even though I've never been a great sleeper, I loved a nice nap after work or on the weekends. When I was pregnant, I napped all the time after work

Definately sleeping in  And the alone time with FH.. we never got to do a lot (vacations, nights out) before DD.

Same here. We moved out of state and have no family around to babysit. We still get out but I wish ti was together.
I really miss going out to dinner. I love eating out.
