whatever i'm in the mood for really.
Ditto. Either something really simple, like a veggie burger or something that can be nuked, or I'll go all out, 'cause I've got nothing to do all night and make a big something and then have leftovers for lunches or later in the week.

funny u should ask bc i just finished making myself soft-boiled eggs on toast w butter salt and pepper ....i love to eat breakfast stuff when dh isnt around bc he doesnt understand y i would like to eat breakfast for dinner
