Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
nature valley granola bar
or
egg whites (like 3) and then (separately) plain yogurt with some cherrios
or
half of a bacon, egg white and cheese sandwich on a roll (weekends only) - sometimes i ditch the bread and only eat the protein
or
egg whites, lox, onions (again, weekend thing)
depends on my mood

Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
1 egg over easy on WW rye toast. It equals 3 points on weight watchers and since it's protein. It fills me up until about 11Am when I usually have a yogurt.

Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
M-F I alternate between Honey Bunches of Oats and instant oatmeal (I have both at my desk).
weekends it's usually eggs, english muffin with Laughing Cow cheese or cream cheese, once in a while DH will go to the local bagel place - I like 2 egg whites on a whole wheat bagel.

My typical breakfasts are:
egg whites w/slice of ham and muenster on an english muffin
tomato slices with oregano and salt on a toasted english muffin spread with a little mayo and top with muenster cheese and broiled
shallots, sliced shittake mushrooms, sliced white mushrooms, asparagus and chopped ham all sauteed together with a little butter.
Egg on whole wheat toast with ham and american.
Quaker oatmeal squares cereal.

Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
Lately, I have been eating a meal replacement bar by Shaklee. It's actually very tasty and tastes more like a dessert to me.

Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
Today I had a quarter cup of Egg Beaters garden vegetable cooked up and rolled in a small taco tortilla with a sprinkle of 2% cheese and a little taco sauce.
Yesterday was soft boiled egg with a light multigrain English muffin and a little butter.
Before that steel cut oats with raisins and banana.
Monday was Shredded Wheat and Tuesday was a light multigrain muffin with peanut butter and banana.
Tomorrow is protein pancakes - egg whites and oatmeal mixed into a batter and cooked in a skillet. Drizzle with a little honey and add a few berries.
Another favorite is yogurt smoothie. I put a cup of fat free vanilla yogurt in a blender and add a 1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, melon, peaches, cherries) and a splash of Trop 50. I sometimes add half a banana and blend until smooth and rich. It's like a breakfast milkshake!
