what do you eat?
I mean what healthy foods do you eat now while your preggers.......that you wouldnt eat if you werent I plan on drinking a lot of Orange Juice and veggies (which I wouldnt normally do)
what do you eat for breakfast?

I've been having a lot more fruit and yogurt. I eat breakfast now, which I never did before. Usually a high fiber cereal like Kashi when I'm home, or when I'm at work I have a banana and yogurt most days. I've also been drinking a lot more water and milk.

what do you eat for breakfast?
I eat: -Egg white omlette with veggies on a whole grain english muffin -Oatmeal -Kashi healthy heart cereal -Fruit smoothies (frozen blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana and soy milk) -Sometimes I'll make pancakes with the whole grain (arrowhead mills organic) mix and add blueberries to it. yum!

I always drank OJ, so that is always part of my breakfast.
I eat normal breakfasts since that is the meal I enjoy the most.
Cereal Waffles Bagels
I always have some type of fruit with it too.
I didn't change my breakfast habbits.

I eat cottage cheese, bran muffins or eggs for breakfast. Sometimes i am bad and get some type of other muffin or bagel.
Lunch is usually turkey and cheese and a bag of chips
Dinner is whatever DH makes for me....usually chicken, beans, turkey, pasta.
Snacks include oranges, hard boiled eggs, or anything else i might be in the mood for.
I drink almost only water but i do like a can of diet coke a day. I am not a juice drinker so i also sometimes will drink hot tea or iced tea.
There are studies that high protein reduces the risk of m/c and other birth issues so i try and load protein into my diet.
I started trying to drink an ensure a day. I also have ensure healthy mom chocolate bars that are for expecting mothers. `

I eat EVERYTHING. Fruits, vegetables, cereal, yogurt, cheese, carrots, ice cream, steak, hamburgers, pizza, chicken, mexican, chinese, and I am sure there are others that I can't think off. I never ate this much before I was pregnant, but might as well enjoy the food now.

I have always been a healthy eater so didn't change much while pregnant. I eat a lot of vegetables, salads, fruits, rice, beans, pasta, nuts, cheese, omelet, (lots of Italian - Pasta Fagiolo, Pasta Piselli, Baked Ziti, Lasange).

For breakfast, I have become a big fan of a boiled egg on wheat bread, wheat bread french toast (its really tasty!) and even cheerios....(I would never have touched them with a 10 foot pole before!), i also have been having peanut butter and banana s"sandwiches" (pb between the banana slices!)
The last three weeks I feel like I even ate better than before and was healthier but this week I found I gained 3 lbs!!!! I know its to be expected though - next week I finish up my first trimester so its ok....
but I found keeping fruits and veggies cut up in those plastic single serve containers or in ziplocs helps me a lot..I can pop a few in a bag and put them in the fridge at work for later.....or if i am home its already done, nice and easy!

I haven't changed my eating habits. I'm a creature of routine: I've always drank a lot of water all day long. I've always had a bowl of cereal for breakfast (usually Cheerios or Special K) and oj. Lunch is usually a sandwich and a piece of fruit, or sometimes soup if I'm bored of the sandwich. Dinner varies. I usually eat a lot of salad, too.

I basically am eating all the same stuff I did before, only a lot more of it. I eat a TON of fruit and fresh veggies. It's basically my staple. I am, however, drinking way more water than ever before and I find it's mostly all I want.

I havent changed my eating habits at all.. I always loved veggies and fruit and still treat myself to cookies and ice cream once in a while too.. Everything in moderation...
I have heartburn though so I have been trying to stay away from anything fried or greasy

Ive tried to eat more fruits and veggies. I still have bagels for breakast quite often though. I have been drinking the healthy mom shakes and snack bars as well to help fill me up. and of course - lots of water..
