I drink a TON of water Eat pretty well for breakfast and lunch. Dinner... that's another story. Usually not too terribly but every once in a while I go a little nuts. Vitamins Sleep minimum 7 hours/night
That's about it. I don't exercise other than walking the dog and walking in the city, which isn't a whole lot. Oh, and 4 pilates classes over the course of 2 mos too

I work out I eat healthy food (not all the time but I think I am pretty good) I quit smoking I take a daily vitamins I sleep about 9 hours a night (I should live to about 100 )
Ok, I still need to work on the water thing, I know!

I eat fish & vegetables ( in with all the other crap) & maintaine decent hygene. That's about it.
Healthy is too much effort, really.

I do pilates and yoga 3 x week.....walk when I can.
No smoking at all for me, and I avoid my dear, dear DH when he's smoking!
Oh and I drink water all day long....has made a huge improvement in my complexion.

I think I eat very well. Hardly any fats in my diet. Never eat junk or fast food. (Well, never say never, but still!) Mostly home cooked meals --lots of vegetables. I could stand to eat more fruit instead of just drinking fruit juice. I try to drink only water with meals (instead of sodas).
I too took four pilates classes over the course of two months but I like exercising too.
I take vitamins and don't smoke or drink alcohol or caffiene?
But I really don't feel healthy sometimes.
ETS: I sleep at least 8 hours a night every night. I had no idea how good that is!

I was watching an Oprah show about this lady who had "bathroom" issues and she said she didn't know why since she was in good shape physically. She was very petitte & thin. But internally she wasn't well and the Dr. there said it was a warning sign her body was giving her. I'm not imlyinig you have bathroom issues, but I always associated thin & looking thin an being in great shape. I guess that's totally off.

i go to curves and i eat much more healthier now hey I lost a total of 11 pounds that is weight and inches but i didn't go this week because i been sick next week i will!

Hopefully after the Holidays the "good" will come out in me again. But, I do drink a ton of water. Take vitamins. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. And @ work I chase 1 year olds around all day. I get to sit on my lunch break and thats about it.

I try to eat healthy (try to eat a reasonable amount of calories and eat and drink very little sweets). I try to work out at least 1 or 2 a week.
