Re: What do you cook in the summer
I was just thinking about this b/c I hate cooking hot, cozy meals during the summer.
I don't know - fish, hamburgers, light pasta dishes with olive oil and lemon.

Re: What do you cook in the summer
We grill a lot. Last night we made beef tenderloin kabobs. Tonight we had grilled kielbasa with pierogies. I try not to use the oven, but I cook on the stovetop.

Re: What do you cook in the summer
For Mothers Day my Son gve me a slow cooker (Crock pot). This thing is great. It cooks great meals, and it doesn't heat up the kitchen. There's no watching it and no stirring. I can be out by the pool with my family, while dinner cooks. Very easy. I love it.
