What do you clean your tile/hardwood floors with that is ok to use with kids?
Now that Derek is starting to crawl around I want to make sure my floors are clean but that I use stuff that is safe for him to crawl around on because his hands are always in his mouth.

I use the Swiffer stuff. I never thought about the chemicals, but he's rarely on the tile. Mostly on the carpet in the den or on his mat in the playroom.

vinegar and water. I think babyganics makes a floor cleaner. I have no idea if it's safe for wood floors.

I use a steam mop. Sometimes I will add a little vinegar, but usually it's just water.

He's getting there. He has been getting up on his hands and knees and rocking for a couple of week and than moves forward a tiny bit and fall on his belly

I use a steam mop too and sometimes add vinegar. DH says the house smells like a salad bowl 
Just wondering if there was anything else out there.

Murphy's Oil soap is what I use on the hardwood. Swiffer Wet-Jet on the kitchen linoleum.

I find steam mop does a good overall job. for really grimy spots, I use mr. clean magic eraser, get on hands and knees and scrub. Its great on tile and grout. We have a tiny kitchen so it works for us.

Water & vinegar is my new plan....right now I'm using up my Floor Kleener, which is all-natural. But I plan on switching to water & vinegar when that's empty.

I've been meaning to post this same thing! DS literally kissed the ground I walked on the other day!  Never mind that he's a thumb sucker!
I have a cabinet full of cleaners that I've been trying to finish up but I think I may just dump them all and use this stuff I have by Shaklee (my SIL's sis was selling it). It's called Get Clean Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate. It comes in one bottle then you get a three spray bottle kit. Each spray bottle has a formula for general cleaner, window & mirror cleaner and degreaser (like drops to a cap full to 16 oz of water). Plus you can mix a tbs per gallon of water for floors.
So yeah... I think today was my last mopping with Mr. Clean. DS sat up in his crib for the first time today which means crawling is soon to follow which means staying on a blanket to play is not going to last long!
