You may want to go grocery shopping so you have stuff in the house.

Do you have some dinners you can pre-make and freeze. Have enough diapers, formula (if using) for the first few weeks - also maxi pads, stool softeners for yourself. You will not want to venture out of the house those first few weeks.

While you're out you may want to grab a couple magazines and snacks for anyone who will be in the delivery room with you. It's a long day for them too. :)
Yes epsom salts, dermaplast, pads, prep H, and healthy snacks are all nice things to have at home waiting.
And a quick note... I loved diapers.com during the two or three weeks after DD was born. If you're running low on anything it was so easy to order through them (plus soap.com or any others in the "family" come in handy and can be added to the same order.) Free shipping over $35 and it usually comes the next day.

Test your breast pump (I didnt even open it before i got home after the hospital and didnt know how to use it)
sanitize bottles (if you are going to pump)
Have some food cooked and frozen for those days you want to just heat up.

Wanted to add that if your insurance covers a breast pump to apply for it now. Most will take applications a month prior to birth but you will likely not receive it til after the birth of your little one.
