What do BH contractions feel like?
Do they feel like regular cramps or much stronger?

for me it was cramping but a bit sharper and would go on and off for a bit.

for me its not like menstrual cramps at all. It feels like when the baby moves by my belly button but it tightens longer. I am not sure if these ar BH or not?

it's like a leg cramp, not a menstrual cramp. the entire belly cramps up and gets hard and stays like that for about 30 sec-1 min and then it just goes back to normal.

for me, it feels like the baby is stretching (like he's sticking his butt out  ) - but then i notice that it's more uncomfortable than that, my whole belly gets hard, and it stays like that for about a minute.
i only recently started feeling cramping along with the BH contractions, they feel like they are getting stronger now.

i only recently started feeling cramping along with the BH contractions, they feel like they are getting stronger now.
Same here, my belly gets rock hard and sometimes it even sticks out a little bit. Occassionally I will have menstrual like cramps with it lower down, but that doesn't happen too often. At first (before I saw them on a monitor) I thought it was the baby moving and pushing out.

For me it felt like a sharp pain and it would last for a few seconds. I found if I bent over or would lay down it would ease up. It was a weird crampy feeling.

Yep, and my belly looked lop-sided. When they started I definitely thought it was the baby pressing up against one side, but then I realized my whole belly was getting tight. They didn't hurt at all.
