for real--i wanted some new boots--but i know that DH was worried he'd get something i didn't like so its okay. he picked out great clothes

I didn't get family drama or drunken brawls. I didn't get a bunch of useless and unwanted bottles of shower gel or RIte Aid special no - name make up kits. I didn't get perfume that I will NEVER wear because it smells like my grandma.
I also didn't get a long, relaxing soak in a hot tub by myself... but it's all good. I had a GREAT Christmas!

I didn't get a gift from ILs; nor did DH. Just kinda ironic b/c if we hadn't gotten them anything, they would've complained.

I didn't get the Nikon D80, but I knew there was no way ANYONE could afford to get me an $1100 camera. But that's what i really wanted.
I also wanted land's end slippers and clothes for work.
And I always want jewelry, and I've been wanting a jewlry box forever..the only one I have is from when i was 4..it has a spinning ballerina
