Our must haves were:
Basement
Not on main road
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
nice backyward
great schools
nice neighborhood
eat in kitchen
fireplace

I am happy to say we got it all, we even got a 3rd bathroom in the basement and CAC! However, I do wish we had a 4th bedroom and a bigger master bedroom. So I am not sure if it is our forever house, but we would be ok if we stayed here.
