She's wearing a short sleeve onesie, sweat pants and a matching long-sleeve jacket.
Similar to what Tine posted but in pale pink and not from the Gap.

MY one year old is wearing short sleeves and pants or capris. My 4 yr old is wearing shorts and t-shirt.
