Tom's deodorant, lemongrass. I felt it didnt' work at first but I stuck with it. After about a week, I noticed I sweat considerably less and don't smell!

I remember when i changed my diet to mostly lean protein & veggies, nothing processed, i didn't "need" as much deodorant. It changed the way I 'expressed refuse', for lack of a better term.
I've found that too but I was doing it at the same time I was losing weight so I think they both had a positive effect.

I use Tom's and it really doesn't work very well at all! But, it doesn't make me itch like everything else. I've suddenly become allergic to deodorant, so annoying!
I used to use Dove Clinical or Suave Clinical and it worked great.
The crystal roll on does NOT work at all!
My husband was using Tom's and his skin became discolored and started to peel!
I only found out recently in the past few years that there is a difference between antiperspirants and deoderants. And just because it's one doesn't mean it's the other as well.
Then I read about the possible link to breast cancer and got scared. I've been meaning to look into 'safe' ones for a while, so thank you to those who mentioned pit paste, I'm going to look that up.

What deodorant do you use?
Pit paste will still make you sweat, you just wont smell. Like the crystal stick its just deodorant. I sweat, and it looks gross with no antiperspirant while wearing a solid color
Oh, and plain coconut oil is supposed to work, I tried it straight out of the tub and rubbed it on, but aside from smelling like a mounds bar, it didn't really work. You might have better luck!

I too stopped using aluminum deodorants... now i use crystal... but it's not that great. I'm thinking of buying homemade deodorant from a shopper on etsy i found. I'm also thining of eventually making my own.

I use Certain Dri...you can get it at Target for like $4. You have to apply it at night and not after you shower. It works REALLY well. I never sweat with it!
