what day is CD1?
Is CD1 the day you GET your period or the day AFTER your period?

yup! and i believe that if it comes late at night or midday then you count cd1 as the following day. that's how my cbefm makes me calculate it.

ok maybe tmi but last night when i wiped it was a lil brown and then this morning it was actually red and constant all day....so today would be CD 1 correct?

Yes I would say today. Usually I didn't count the spotting days unless the spotting days lasted more than 2 days then I'd split the difference.

Yes, I would count today as CD1.
