What cute thing did your baby do this weekend?

Amber was watching Maisy and there's a part where they say bye-bye to the ducks, etc. She's seen this tape at least a million times. So the narrator goes "Bye-bye ducks, bye-bye Maisy" and from the back of the van I hear this little "bye". I had to chuckle.

I also caught her feeding her "baby" (this old ratty baby doll with no clothes and messed up hair) her own bottle!

Nick likes to throw balls, so he was in his playpen throwing balls out to me with all of his might -(he even makes this really loud shriek whenever he releases the ball for effect). Anyways, he kept bending down to pick up the ball, but would drop it on his way back to standing up...he would then make the throwing motion along with the shriek without realizing that he never had a ball in his hand! It was funny.

This weekend Andrew took to throwing whatever he was playing with on the floor. Then he laughs and waits for me to pick them up and then he throws them on the floor again!

Marissa is starting to get into everything so when I was packing her diaper bag she was taking everything out and throwing it on the floor. Also she has started to walk and when she falls she now looks at you and says uh oh.

James crawled over to his 2 yr old cousin who was crying because he fell. James gave him a hug...and then his bottle.

Am I allowed to share a story that my unborn baby did?

On Friday I was out east babysitting for my brother's baby all day, for about 14 hours. When I got home I was exhausted so I layed down before running out to get some dinner. My husband layed down next to me and was talking to my belly.

Every time he said "HI Baby!" nice and loud the baby gave us a huge gigantic kick that made my husbands arm fly off of my belly.

I think we're gonna have a wild one!

normally if people rub my belly or talk to my belly, my baby gets "shy" and stops kicking, even if it's been kicking non-stop for hours. i was so surprised when the baby did this. i told my husband that the baby must have missed him and was excited to "see" him since we were gone all day long.

This weekend Claire decided that it is HYSTERICAL to hold a toy on your head. So all weekend we were balancing soft blocks and plastic toys on our heads and she was cracking up! Also she likes to play peek a boo and rub noses when she 'sees' you! Too cute! I LOVE all the little things!

Ryans not exactly a baby...but he pooped on the potty and made really cute faces while he was "pushing the poopy out".

Logan started grabbing things this weekend. He was able to take his pacifier out of his mouth and put it back in!!!

We play the stinky feet game w/Delaney. So when she was sitting in the high chair, my husband smelt her feet and acted like he fainted on the floor because of the smell (which of course there was no smell). As soon as Delaney got out of the high chair she did exactly what my husband did and play fainted on the floor. We were hysterical. She's such a funny kid.

Emily now speaks her own language. We call in Emilyese. This weekend she was talking to us like we knew what she was saying. She even included hand movement. I guess it is the Italien in her. She is just too cute.
