What could this be - low grade fever, irritability, not sleeping well?
DS has been whiny and not sleeping well for the past few days. He has a low grade fever on/off (99-100.7). He has been drooling excessively and is putting everything and chewing constantly. I don't know if it is meaningful but we weaned him off the pacifier last week.
DH thinks it's his 2y molars coming in.
What do you think it could be? 2y molars?
I don't think it's serious enough to see the ped right before xmas. We gave him tylenol yesterday and today.

He is 21m old.
We stopped checking his teeth because we thought all his teeth were in. I didn't go to the 18m appt but the ped had said his molars were coming in then. That was 3m ago. I assumed all his teeth were in by now. Maybe not?
