If you are doing COD, go onto CODFUEL.COM and check out the prices of local oil companies. We used that site for almost 2 years, and North Pole Oil almost always had the lowest COD price.
We just locked in a contract with General Utilities. I felt it was definitely the right time, as oil prices are shooting up with all the termoil in the Middle East. We shopped a few places and ended up with General for 2 years (ceiling $3.54/gal - although we just paid $3.20 a few days ago from them, so it's deifnitely working in our favor - COD prices were at $3.49 that day).

I got a COD delivery with best price oil the other day...(i think thurs) for 3.199 for 300 gallons. I believe they are out of amityville...i dont have the number on me though

I believe we paid 3.11/gallon last week for less than 200 gallons; I believe its even cheaper if you get more than 200 gallons
