what color paint? need help
I am buying this bedding- my furniture is cream wood
what color would you do on the walls?
just as an FYI- I have a 1 bedroom apartment- mostly in blues and greens
the beaded pillow I like comes in coral or teal- so I would want to work off of that
teal would match everything
but I love coral
or would you do a neutral wall color?

Cute bedding! I like the color combination.
I think I would do a neutral -- maybe pick up the khaki-ish color in the bedding as shown? -- on the walls and then do accents of coral and teal around the room in accessories or other furniture.
My second choice would be a blue to pick up the teal shade (maybe a soft aqua).
I LOVE the coral color, too, but I think it might be too much on 4 walls of a room (esp. a bedroom). Could you get an extra throw blanket or additional throw pillows in coral? I would even like a piece of wood furniture painted coral, like an end table or small chair. If you want to try the coral as a wall paint color, maybe an accent wall behind the bed?

LOVE the bedding - I'd do the back wall in an aqua color and the rest neutral - then use almost any color accessories you want - I think w/ coral you're MUCH more limited, and it's very difficult w/ paint to get the coral color you're envisioning in your head actually on the wall .........9x out of 10 it coms out 'old lady' ish .........

I think I need to go buy the beaded accent pillow and take it to home depot and have them help me
I think your right about the coral
and the rest of my apartment is blues and greens
the bedding is DVF- so I really need to think this out and not waste money

I have 2 suggestions for you.
BM Edgecomb Gray, taupey tanish gray, love it!
BM Gray Wisp, has a bluegreen gray hue, sort of like Restoration Hardware's Silver Sage
I would stay away from the Coral. JMO though

OMG....I went to bloomies to check it out and it's on sale till March 20th
I can the duvet cover and the euro shams for a lot less
I am going to skip the sheets and throw pillows there and get them some where else for less-
so the whole thing will end up costing me a little more then half of what I was planning
I am so excited!!!!!!!!
