What color door do you think??
I need a change to the outside of the house. we are saving up to redo and widen the driveway and brick the walkway and stoop.
But I thought and quick and relatively inexpensive way to change it is changing the color of the front door.
Any suggestions:
BTW we have a new roof since this pic it's darker than this roof.
TIA ETA: don't know how to resize. Pic is in my album under nursery!!

I'd do navy blue or burgandy. It will change the entire look of the home.

Hayley your awesome.. thanks!!! yeah Im leaning towards the navy Like you and the PP said.
I def want a contrast but I think the burgandy will be too much.. what do you think?

I have a major soft spot for burgandy and red doors. Always wanted. I painted mine burgandy and love it ! But it's all person preference. Navy would be beautiful too and so would dark gray.

we have similar color siding- like a light gray. we painted our door a dark navy blue ( its actually called " Gentleman's Gray", but its really a deep blue). i love the contrast of the dark color with the light color and how the door "pops". this isn't the best pic, but you get the idea....

LOL I think if you do burgandy you won't be too shocked since the color is muted. If you do brick red, you might say wow there is my door lol
