What can you take for a head cold while breastfeeding?
Not for me posting for a friend. These boobies are retired.
I never really got sick while BF but I know you shouldn't take sudafed.

The only things I know of that are safe are Tylenol and saline spray.

I always just used saline rinses. I get the bottle one instead of the netti pot since I am not a very coordinated person. Helps clear up the congestion and get all the gunk out of the sinuses.
