Make into patties brown on both sides, add brown gravy, and cook till done. Salisbury steak!

meat pie....
make your favorite meatloaf recipe, line the bottom of a pyrex pie plate with the meat. Drain a can of corn and place on top of the meat and cover completely with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs and bake. mmmmmm
sort of a cross between meatloaf and Shepard's pie.
I made this lastnite........and it WAS DELICIOUS! I used peas instead of corn only b/c I didnt have any! Thank you for posting this recipe b/c I needed ideas for chopmeat......sick of the typical stuff. And this was perfect and soooooooo easy!
