I buy in Target when they have a good sale on the huge bags of chocolate.
I buy the mix with the snickers/kit kat/m &m/reeses pb cups s etc
I always make sure to buy all stuff I like so I can eat ALL the leftovers.

What are you giving out for Halloween?
I got three small bags: m&ms, snickers, and milky way. I also have some little toys like tattoos, super balls, vampire teeth, etc. I dont know why I buy so much since we're always out all afternoon so we barely get any TOTers.

What are you giving out for Halloween?
I usually give out chips, but this year decided on something out of the ordinary. I found these cute zip lock type Halloween baggies at dollar tree and put in a hot chocolate packet with a couple of Hershey's mini chocolates.

Everything! All kinds of of candy - Nerds, bottle caps, sweet tarts, jolly rancher lollipops, mini snickers, 3 musketeers, twix, butter fingers, m&ms, etc etc etc etc. I LOVE CANDY and I like being the house with all the "good candy" The kids always comment about that lol
I also got mini tubes of bubbles as a non-edible treat
I usually get it all at target

i bought a lot of chocolates when they were on sale... we ate it all.
so
i bought MORE chocolates. this time, i hid them.
i bought m&m, snickers, milky way, kit kat.
i still haven't made my second shopping trip for non-candy items. not sure what those items will be, yet.

I will buy chocolate candy that I like, but I'm in a coop and I get no trick or treaters....I still buy a bag every year though just in case and I eat it and bring the rest into work!

NO! You need to buy pencils and erasers for the Teal Pumpkin Project. Not all kids can eat candy, so you need something non-edible as an option.
Have the candy, but also have an option.
We have a bunch of non-food items, and we have full-size candy bar selections, and usually Pringles. We let the ToTers decide what they want to take.
