We will put some in an IRA, some maybe towards bills and some in savings and maybe some towards a vacation.

Hahahaha - I owe $3800!!! I can tell you what I won't be doing - going on vacation this year 
Us too... it's so annoying b/c when I was single I used to get around this amount back but now thanks to DH I pay all of my refund back to them plus we pay an additional amount!!!! GRRRRRR
