What are CD's?
I started looking at my calendar on fertility friend and I see CD1 - 8. I am so confused what this is. Can anyone explain?  Thanks!

CD is your cycle day ...... The first day of your period is CD1...

It helps you because once you know when you normally ovulate, you can get a better idea of which CD to start BDing on.

I am very confused about charting and O'ing and all that...
from that one website it said I O on the 19th and to BD on the 15th - 17th.
I always thought you should BD after O.

Hi- Day one is the day you get AF. Everyones Ov day is different. It will usually be between day 14-18. It is a good idea to BD the whole week. Sperm can stay in there looking for 24 hours and an egg can float around in there for 72 hours post ovulation so...If you BD Sunday night and O on Monday good chance it could happen AND...if you O on Monday and BD Mon, Tues, and Wed you have an EXCELLENT chance of getting pregnant. HTH
