What ab exercises can I do?
I know crunches are out, but are there any exercises i can do to keep my abs somewhat toned (at least for as long as I can)? I used to workout 3-4 times a week, but between this extreme exhaustion and m/s I've worked out 3 times in the last 3 weeks and I'm beginning to feel guilty. I'll be 8 weeks on Sunday. TIA!

I don't think you can do any ab exercises. At least, that's what my doctor told me...

Re: What ab exercises can I do?
You can do pelic exercies like:
--being on all 4s and slowly round your spine up and down
--Still on all 4s and contract your core to stabilize yourself, extend 1 leg straight out and opposite arm, hold, repeat on other side.
--Standing against a wall and rounding your pelvis so your hips roll towards and away from the wall.

no matter what you do, your muscles are going to stretch. I say don't bother.
