I don't get it! I am 14 weeks my lowe and upper back kill me. My feet feel like I have walked a country mile my ankles wrists and finhgers feel stiff. No autoimmune issues so this all must be preg related but this early in pregnancy? I haven't been allowed to excercise during this pg and now with the previa my docs don't even want much full body stretching. Please tell me if u have had anything similar??? In pain and whining and then feeling guilty about whining tia!

i also have autoimmune issues and my joints felt stiff throughout my whole pregnancy. the second trimester was by far the best i felt so you're in for some reprieve!

Once the placents moves, ask about water exercise, like water aerobics. It was my saving grace and all I was allowed to do after all my placenta issues had resolved. It was like heaven to be in the water!!
