We're homeowners...(pics included)
We closed Friday & it went as smooth as could be...we were out in less than an hour, no problems at all. We even ended up writing less checks than we thought. Our lawyer rocked...thx Kevin & Cindy 
Here's some pics
DH has been working already all hours on it.
Baby's room should be redone by Monday!!!
We spent today, cleaning the kitchen, changing locks, taking out the old dishwasher & taking down the moldings in baby's room & he's there painting now & putting in new doors in baby's room.

Including our scary "mudroom" that is on DH's list of first projects to get to...can you believe the purple toilet & the sink? Are you kidding me?!?
The other is our main bathroom & our office or 3rd bedrm
