Any tips on packing? I am dreading our Disney trip because I feel like I am going to pack my entire house.
What did you do about formula? baby food? etc?
I SO overpacked!!  Alex had an entire suitcase dedicated to her!  We were in Florida for 5 days/4 nights so I brought one can of formula and a couple bottles of water for the flight. When we got to the resort we just filled up her bottles with filtered water. I brought about 50 diapers, which was WAY too much! Avoid bringing everything if you can - if you know you'll be able to stop at a pharmacy or grocery store, just purchase everything there. I brought a few cans of babyfood as well, but it turned out that the resort prepared all her baby food, which was awesome!! I only brought 2 bottles and a bunch of nipples, and we just made sure to clean the nipples everyday. The only thing I don't regret packing was a LOT of clothing - bring LOTS of layers so your little girl will be comfortable in the hot weather outside, but warm enough in the air conditioning inside, as well as the plane. Hope that helps!!

Well, tell Joseph he has to wait a bit because daddy has said no dating until 30! But, mommy will sneak the boys in for her
The plane ride went better than expected! I made sure to pick flight times during her usual naps. The flight there was from 9:45-12pm and the flight back was from 9:20pm-12am. She fussed a little before take off because she was hungry but I held her off until lift off so we could give her a bottle to ease the pressure on her ears. The only thing I regret is preboarding - they try to make it easier on parents by allowing them to preboard before everyone else, but there was a delay on the runway so we ended up sitting in the plane like lame ducks for 45mins! Alex was NOT happy! I tried to keep her entertained... during lift off I gave her a bottle and she went right to sleep, I think because of all the sound and movement. There were plenty of extra seats so we brought our car seat on the plane and she slept in there the whole time! The only unfortunate part was having to wake her up during landing to give her another bottle to ease the pressure again. We usually waited until everyone got off the plane so we could take our time... I also brought the stroller with us after the gate so I could stroll around with her without having to carry her. They checked it at the plane and it was sitting there waiting for us when we stepped off the plane.
This was our first try before the BIG 14 hour trip to Israel. She did just fine on this one, I think because the flight was so short (2 and a hhalf hours). I'm TERRIFIED at how she'll be on the 14 hour flight!
