They told me they could do this. Did anyone else close at home?

I did last year. It was called the Three Step Refinance and it was 100% free of charge! Is this what you are doing?

We just refinanced with Wells Fargo last month and did the closing at home. We did it on a week night after work. They basically told us when they were ready and left the date/time up to us which made things so much easier.

I just did this in August, it was totally simple and all I had to do was have our signatures/initials notarized.
