Anyone refi with Wells Fargo lately?
I'm looking into a possible refi to take advantage of the low rates. The guy at WF quoted me an estimate of closing costs of $3500. That sounded really low to me...
If you refi-ed lately, can you share your closing costs.

I'm in the process now (4.75 with one point). We paid an application fee of $400 and are just waiting for 2nd mortgage subordination agreement.
We are already with WF and our closing costs are around $5K (which we are rolling into the closing).
