Well...4 months after having Alyson....
I'm 7 lbs away from pre-preggo weight (I was only 4 at my 6 wk post partum), but the nurse said I wasn't wearing jeans back then....
I think it's the pill...which they switched for me. They put me on Yaz (Yasmin but for those who experienced headaches on Yasmin) and the Dr said I should see a difference in 2 weeks after starting it. If I don't, I can call and get meds for the PPD.
She said she was happy that I mentioned how I've been feeling and she even took meds.
