Nurse said it only went up 9%, to expect lots of cramping and bleeding and to cancel my weekend trip to a warm, sunny place (was supposed to leave tonight).

Thank you all so much.
DH was already away on business (I was meeting him) and he flew back home last night. He's so great. 
What kills me is that we hadn't said a single word basically to anyone about IF. After the first beta came back so strong (low 400s), DH and I told parents and siblings. My MIL nearly collapsed in shock. It broke my heart to call them again and know that they'd all be sad, too.
Back to the RE on Monday to find out how things are progressing. I always like to know what's supposed to happen next. I hate that I don't know *** to expect. I have no bleeding, no cramping, just the same pain I've had all week from the cysts on the right side.
Again, thank you all for your well wishes and being there for me during the ups and down of this awful rollercoaster.
