Well she finally came
WEll girls AF has finally arrived since i miscarried on 1/30. I guess i was happy to see that she finally arrived. BUt it has me sad as well. I have to say i didnt miss these cramps one bit. BUt has made me realize how empty i really feel now. So if today is the day she arrived.. does that make CD1 and when do i start using the OPK? I was going to wait the 2 cycles but since i was so early, and my levels went back to normal so fast is there really any need. Im open to any suggestion?

Is she heavy enough to use a sanitary product? If so I'd say yes this is CD1......
And depending on how long your cycles are, depends on when you start to use the OPK.
IE: My cycle is 28 days, so I start on CD11.
